Hailing from Charleston, SC, Courtney LaRae Snider's passion for worship ignited at the age of 7. Although she became a licensed cosmetologist in 2008, her heart has always been devoted to ministry. In 2014, she made the transformative decision to take her worship ministry seriously, seeking to share her gifts outside of the four walls of the church as a psalmist. Over the years, she has had the privilege of singing alongside remarkable talents such as Lilian Lloyd, Bishop Parham, William Murphy, Desmond Pringle, Yanna Crawley, Donald Lawrence, Bryan Poppin, Kizzy Walker, and more.
My Story
Courtney is an accomplished worship minister with over 20 years of experience, specializing in cultivating prophetic worship environments and delivering impactful ministry. Before transitioning to Radiant Church in 2017, she dedicated 16 years to serving at her home church " New Life Christian Fellowship", where she laid the foundation for her ministry by actively participating in the worship team, choir, hospitality, and special events ministries.

At Radiant Church, Courtney served for seven years as the Worship & Arts Director, where she played a pivotal role in developing a vibrant, multicultural worship culture rooted in intimacy with the Holy Spirit. Her leadership as the worship leader and special event coordinator allowed her passion for worship to flourish within a beautifully diverse congregation. During this time, she also felt a strong calling to support struggling single mothers, which led to the creation of CoCo Cares.

While at Radiant Church, she founded Refuel The Fire, a community for worship and arts leaders—a safe haven for cultivating gifts and healing. After experiencing a challenging hospitalization with COVID, Courtney received divine downloads that birthed a vision for the Kingdom Worship Community, guiding her mission forward.

In 2023, she transitioned to North Palm Church, where she served as the worship leader for the Deliverance Ministry. Here, she dedicated her efforts to cultivating atmospheres of worship that promote spiritual healing that guided individuals through deliverance and divine impartation, empowering them to pursue their purpose in the kingdom, both domestically and internationally.

Currently, In her commitment to equipping others, Courtney also founded Anchored Academy in 2025, dedicated to nurturing future leaders in discipleship and intimacey with God. She has released her first book, “A Day With The Queen Of The Coast,” reflecting intercession in prayer and warfare for the family, the church and the community.

Courtney is profoundly thankful for all that God has done and continues to do as God shapes her gifts, directs her steps, and empowers her to put her hands to work in His kingdom, following His guidance with obedience and dedication to transform lives through worship and prophetic ministry.
